The spirit will then be double distilled in our unique one of a kind patented stills at the distillery located at Backridge Farm.
The spirit run will be carefully cut from the very best of the heart run to ensure a smooth flavoursome whisky.
The spirit will then be aged at our distillery in heart of the Ribble Valley aged in carefully selected first fill sherry casks
